Valmate has already prepared the advanced 3D CAD / CAM operation system for our customers' inquiries and orders, you can send your castings' drawings with CAD / CAM associated files by E-mail. All of mold and fixture designs have been performed by our professional engineers, they utilize the same as your CAD / CAM system to avoid errors from translation.

Our ISO-9002, QS-9000 certified R&D department will utilize state-of-the-art 3D illustration software, die temperature simulation analysis (CASTHERM) and material flow simulation analysis (CASTFLOW) system and Cellular Manufacturing Technology, whick in order to decrease defective rate, increase tools' life and reduce the development time for prototype and regular production.

Valmate Foundries are able to offer prototype as the following:

a. 4 weeks lead time for tooling die
b. 5 days for the castings
c. 1 week for the machining needed
